Josh takes the lead in pursuing God’s call to fulfill the vision of River City Underground. He holds a degree in Theological Studies with a minor in Biblical Languages from the University of Valley Forge, as well as a Master of Arts in Leadership In Ministry from Evangel University.

Ashley is the guru of “everything else.” She’s got a dual-major degree in Children’s Ministry and Psychology from the University of Valley Forge. She’s also licensed to teach secondary education in the state of Virginia!
